1, Column: column using 114mm, wall thickness of 2.0mm steel pipe, the whole processing molding hot galvanized and sand blasting treatment, plastic spray baking paint, smooth surface, UV resistance, bright colors, corrosion resistance, not easy to fall off.

2, Platform: 2.6mm thickness of cold-rolled steel plate punching forming, aperture of 30mm, platform bearing capacity.

3, Plastic parts: imported LL Plastic parts: imported LLDPE rotomolding, environmental protection, safety, bright colors, UV resistance, anti-static ability, cold resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength.

4, Iron parts: 60mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, 28mm steel pipe, sand blasting treatment after the overall molding, plastic spray baking paint.

5, Accessories: fasteners using aluminum alloy casting molding, rounded corners, all screws are are made of stainless steel.

Footer options,depends on the ground situation:

In-Ground Mounting is the most common method for playground. This method requires digging and setting the post in concrete poured at the time of installation.

Surface Mount or Anchor Bolt is the attachment method where you receive special plate and bolt hardware to secure a post to a solid surface, typically concrete.

Ground Spike is the easiest ground attachment method where you use a sledgehammer to drive stakes through a footer plate to secure the poses in the location of your choice.  This method is not recommended for sandy or loamy soil conditions and is only offered for a limited number of sets.
